Vendor Terms

These Vendor Terms ("Vendor Terms") govern the relationship between LocalLoco and any business or individual ("Vendor", "you") that lists a shop or deal on the LocalLoco platform ("Platform"). By registering as a vendor or submitting a listing, you agree to these Vendor Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. Vendor Eligibility

To list on LocalLoco, you must:

  • Be a legally registered business or sole trader operating in Singapore
  • Have a physical shop location that customers can visit
  • Provide accurate business information including name, address, and contact details
  • Agree to these Vendor Terms and our general Terms of Service

2. Listing Responsibilities

2.1 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information in your listings is:

  • Accurate, complete, and not misleading
  • Up to date — including operating hours, pricing, and deal availability
  • Compliant with all applicable Singapore laws and regulations

2.2 Deal Accuracy

For any deal or offer you list, you must ensure:

  • The deal is genuine and can be honoured at your physical location
  • Pricing, discounts, and terms are clearly stated and accurate
  • Expiry dates and redemption limits are kept current
  • Any restrictions or conditions are disclosed upfront

2.3 Prohibited Listings

You may not list:

  • Products or services that are illegal, counterfeit, or regulated without proper licensing
  • Deals that cannot be fulfilled or are intentionally misleading (bait-and-switch)
  • Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Deals for businesses you do not own or have authority to represent

3. Platform Role

Important: LocalLoco is a discovery and foot-traffic platform, not a seller or transaction processor. We connect consumers with local shops — we are not a party to any transaction between you and a customer.

  • LocalLoco does not guarantee any minimum number of visits, check-ins, or redemptions
  • LocalLoco is not responsible for customer behaviour at your premises
  • LocalLoco does not process payments between vendors and consumers
  • Any disputes between you and a customer must be resolved directly between the parties

4. Vendor Liability

You are fully liable for all deals, offers, and representations made in your listings. LocalLoco shall not be held responsible for:

  • Your failure to honour a listed deal or offer
  • Inaccurate or outdated information in your listings
  • Any loss, damage, or claim arising from a customer's visit to your premises
  • Disputes between you and customers regarding deal terms or fulfilment

You agree to indemnify and hold LocalLoco harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your listings or your conduct on the Platform.

5. Platform Rights

LocalLoco reserves the right to:

  • Review, approve, edit, or reject any listing at our sole discretion
  • Remove or suspend listings that violate these Vendor Terms or our general policies
  • Suspend or terminate your vendor account for repeated or serious violations
  • Feature, promote, or deprioritise listings based on platform criteria
  • Use your shop name, logo, and listing content to promote the Platform

6. Subscriptions and Fees

Some vendor features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are governed by the plan you select at registration. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees on time
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Notify us of any changes to your payment method

Refunds for subscription fees are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Data and Analytics

LocalLoco may provide you with anonymised analytics about visits, check-ins, and engagement with your listings. This data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of performance. You may not share, sell, or misuse this data.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the vendor relationship at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your listings will be removed from the Platform
  • Any active subscription will continue until the end of the billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for unused subscription time unless required by law

9. Governing Law

These Vendor Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
