LocalLoco is a discovery and foot-traffic platform. We are not a seller, retailer, or party to any transaction between a user and a shop. We do not:

- Guarantee that a shop will honour any deal listed on the Platform

Any transaction, interaction, or dispute between a user and a shop is solely between those parties. LocalLoco is not responsible for:
- Disputes arising from deal redemptions or purchases
- Loss or damage resulting from visiting a shop found through the Platform
- The conduct, actions, or omissions of any shop or vendor
- Refunds, returns, or complaints related to products or services purchased at a shop
If you have a dispute with a shop, you should contact the shop directly. If you believe a shop is acting fraudulently, you may also report it to us at abuse@localloco.sg.
4. Platform Availability
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to the Platform at any time without notice for operational, maintenance, or security reasons.
